Their feeling for the product is shared by thousands of committed people employed in the “Navision World” – not to forget more than one million users around the globe.

Sisser Wichmann has 15 years with
Navision/Microsoft Development Center Copenhagen in Vedbæk, Denmark and has
been a part of the evolution of the product since the first Windows version
reached the market in 1995. The key
motivation force for Sisser is her great passion for the user of business
management systems. She believes that high efficiency is reached through an
adaptable and flexible user interaction shaped around the user’s processes.
During her time working with the Navision product, Sisser has been responsible for driving strategic decisions about future User Assistance (UA) and User Experience (UX). This included design of new user interface for Microsoft Dynamics NAV 4.0, 5.0 and latest NAV 2009. She played a key role in driving the design of the Dynamics NAV, RoleTailored UI during the development phase. Sisser is specialized in doing role tailored client (RTC) analysis and design for Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2009, and has a proven experience in running Business Process and IT optimization projects.
Niels-Erik Hansen
has more than 25 years experience in the IT business and has been working with the Navision product since 1987. He has held positions in Sales Management and IT Management and Strategy.During his career he has been holding positions in the Microsoft Development Center Copenhagen in Vedbæk, Denmark for 8 years. His time with Microsoft was focused in the Global Product Management team being responsible for business development projects both products related but also aimed at partner channel improvements and management projects.
Niels-Erik Hansen has been responsible for defining strategies on Application Service Providers – now known as Software as a Service( SaaS), Global Partner Management, Cross Product Management and Pricing Alignment projects.
Latest Niels-Erik Hansen was responsible for developing the e-business strategy for the Microsoft Dynamics NAV product and was a key influencer in the scoping of the Microsoft Dynamics NAV 4.0, 5.0 and NAV 2009.
